Toni Dawson is a New York Hairdresser with 28 years expierence. She relocated to Central Florida then to Palm Coast in 1999. Two years ago, Toni purchased a highly respected and well established salon in Flagler Beach. She excells in color and highlights and would love to help anyone find their next stunning look!
