Please note our request for at least a 24-hour advance notice of appointement Cancellation. Thank you for understanding we make our living by reserving time for our clients. We make every effort to schedule enough time for each appointment so as to be on time for yours. In order to keep this schedule policy working for all of our clients, any cancellation less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of full service charge. No-shows will be charged 100% of the full service booked. A major credit card will be necessary to reserve time for multi-service appointments.
